Unconscious Level - The Grounding Earth
The first level of dimension is the Earth.
Here the universal energies are at play, such as the Law of Gravity and the containment of the world's energy as a collective. This is our existence, the basic level of survival, the slowest in terms of vibratory rate. It's a place of physical matter, what we can touch, the soil from which we grow. It is the beginning of consciousness.
You can tap into this dimension by grounding - place your feet on the ground, be it grass or soil. You can also ground yourself by meditating and picturing your body developing roots and having them penetrating deep into the Earth.
